About me
I graduated as a dietitian from the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Pécs in 2017. After graduating, I extended my dietetic knowledge with applied nutritional science, particularly towards evidence-based dietary approaches. I place great emphasis on delivering nutritional recommendations that are scientifically grounded yet easy to apply in everyday life.
I completed my studies at the Institute of Mental Health of Semmelweis University in 2022, qualifying as a mental health specialist. As a result, I take a holistic approach in my work as a dietitian: I consider not only nutritional factors but also psychological and lifestyle factors to be important. I believe that lasting change can only happen when inner motivation, mental wellbeing and dietary guidelines are brought into harmony.
I currently see referred patients for individual consultations as part of the group practice at the Velence Specialist Outpatient Clinic, and I give monthly talks on selected topics. I also regularly take part in organised health programmes, where I carry out on-site assessments and give advice. In my work I place particular emphasis on prevention, on patient education, and on giving everyone clear, personalised guidance on changing their diet.
I also work as a dietitian in the professional team of Táplálkozás Beállítás, where my main focus is the dietary management of digestive and cardiovascular diseases. In these areas my aim is to support improvement in the patient’s condition, relieve symptoms and establish healthy eating patterns that can be sustained in the long term. My work is guided by integrity, empathy and a patient-centred approach.

What our patients say
- ★★★★★
Well prepared, empathetic and helpful!
- ★★★★★
I had never seen a dietitian before, but I left the consultation feeling extremely positive. Eszter Spindler took my medical history with great attention: she did not rush me and listened patiently to everything I wanted to say. She answered my questions efficiently and in just the right amount of detail. It was an added bonus that I also found her very likeable. Because however good a professional someone may be, it doesn’t work if the „chemistry” with the patient isn’t there, or if a good professional happens to be impatient or distracted. The ladies at reception were also very kind. „

Professional, straight to the point and very knowledgeable. She gave me really useful advice on diet and exercise, which I was able to build into my life almost the very next day, and my quality of life clearly improved. I would never have thought it could be this simple. Thank you
