Dr. Újházy Tünde

I graduated from Szent-Györgyi Albert University of Medicine in Szeged in 1996. I began my professional practice in Kiskunhalas, and after years at the internal medicine department in Tapolca, I worked at the Radiology Department of Erzsébet Hospital in Sopron until 31 August 2007. I qualified as a specialist in radiology in 2007. Since 2007 I have worked at the Radiology Department of Deák Jenő Hospital in Tapolca, now on a self-employed basis with reduced hours.

I believe in targeted ultrasound examination focused on the patient, which in many cases can reveal the cause of symptoms and help determine which further tests are needed. Empathy, patience and attention focused solely on the patient are a great help to me in my clinic.

I have extensive experience in musculoskeletal (joint) ultrasound, but I also perform examinations in almost every area of ultrasound diagnostics. Alongside ultrasound, I provide remote reporting of CT, MRI and X-ray examinations.
